subject to serviceability of the pin code and local regulations. Shipping timelines, charges and available
methods are displayed at checkout and may vary based on destination and order value.
2. Order processing time
• Order processing time is typically 1–3 business days from successful payment confirmation,
excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• During peak seasons, festivals or promotional sales, processing time may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping methods and timelines
• Standard shipping is available for most pin codes, with estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
after dispatch, depending on location and courier service.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on destination, weight, and any running

8. Delivery attempts and undelivered orders
• Courier partners usually make 1–3 delivery attempts; if the customer is unavailable, the
shipment may be returned to origin.
• In cases of incomplete/incorrect address or repeated non-availability of the customer,
re-shipping (if agreed) may attract additional shipping charges.
9. Delays, force majeure and exceptions
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by events beyond reasonable control such
as weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or network disruptions.
• Silvorn LLP is not liable for delays caused by such external factors but will assist customers
with updated information and coordination with the courier wherever possible.
10. Lost, missing or damaged in transit
• If a shipment is marked delivered by the courier but not received by the customer, the case will
be investigated jointly with the courier partner.
• For items received damaged or incorrect, customers must share unboxing photos/videos and
raise a ticket within the stipulated timeframe as per the return/refund policy of Silvorn LLP.
